Induction furnace lining
Before each start-up, observe whether there are cracks on the inner surface of the crucible. If the crack width is less than 2mm, it can continue to be used without repairing. Otherwise, it must be repaired before use.
When pouring molten steel, observe whether there are cracks at the junction of the side fireplace lining and the tap hole, and whether the furnace lining at the bottom of the furnace and the slag line is partially corroded. If any cracks are found, repair them in time.
Appearance, check the insulation part of the coil once a month for bumps or carbonization, whether there are attachments on the surface, and whether the insulating backing plate is protruding. If any problems are found, deal with them in time.
Once a week, visually check whether the coil compression spring is loose and whether the rubber tube is scratched. Check the interface daily for leaks.
Check the action of each indicator light bulb every day, blow it with a leather tiger, and blow it with nitrogen when conditions permit. Check the accessories weekly for damage and burnout, and clean the energized contacts once every six months.
Before we use it, we also need to check the waterway and circuit of the electric furnace before starting it. Strictly follow the operating specifications when starting up, check whether the water output is smooth during operation, and remember to cut off the power after shutting down.
